Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Crabmeat (Fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers
  • 1 x Egg -- well beaten
  • 1 tsp -Salt
  • 1/2 c. Kraft Non-fat mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. Skim Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry dillweed
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 2 Tbsp. Calorie-reduced margarine
  • 1/3 c. Grated parmesan

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently till well mixed. Spoon mix into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or possibly into a 1 qt baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 min.
