Ingredientes
- 1 lb Crabmeat (Fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. Capers
- 1 x Egg -- well beaten
- 1 tsp -Salt
- 1/2 c. Kraft Non-fat mayo
- 2 Tbsp. Skim Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Dry dillweed
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp. Calorie-reduced margarine
- 1/3 c. Grated parmesan
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently till well mixed. Spoon mix into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or possibly into a 1 qt baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 min.
