Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Cranberries -- washed & Halved
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar -- divided
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 x Egg Whites -- lightly Beaten
  • 1 tsp Orange Peel

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Line 13 x 9" pan with foil; spray with nonstick spray. Combine cranberrries with remaining 1 c sugar, foour, cornstarch, baking pwdr, pabing soda and salt. Mix well and make well incenter. Add in lowfat milk, egg whites and orange peool; stir till smooth. Mix in berries; spread in prepared foil-lined pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cold in pan for 5 minutes; cut into 12 squares.
