Receta Low Fat Cranberry Squares

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cranberries -- washed & Halved
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar -- divided
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Buttermilk
- 2 x Egg Whites -- lightly Beaten
- 1 tsp Orange Peel
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Line 13 x 9" pan with foil; spray with nonstick spray. Combine cranberrries with remaining 1 c sugar, foour, cornstarch, baking pwdr, pabing soda and salt. Mix well and make well incenter. Add in lowfat milk, egg whites and orange peool; stir till smooth. Mix in berries; spread in prepared foil-lined pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cold in pan for 5 minutes; cut into 12 squares.
