Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt strained
  • 3 c. skim-lowfat milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c. fructose
  • 3 Tbsp. evaporated skim lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Strain the yogurt overnight in cheesecloth over a bowl set in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; beat well with electric beaters till slightly stiff. Place in a covered container and chill till ready to use (this frosting can be refrigerated for up to 1 week).
  3. This recipe yields 48 servings.
