Receta Low Fat "Creamed" Greens And Onions

- Peel onions and place in bottomof large saucepan or possibly skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook 3 min, stirring, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 5 - 10 min. Add in greens; cover and simmer in their own juices till just tender. Drain. Heat butter in small saucepan. Gradually add in flour; cook about 1 minute.
- Stirring constantly, add in lowfat milk gradually; continue stirring till thickened.
- Stir in rosemary, Worcestershire and pepper. Pour sauce over greens and onions; gently blend.
- Yield: 6 servings.
