Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
  • 2/3 c. Sherry
  • 4 tsp Mined garlic
  • 2 tsp Minded fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 6 x Swordfish steaks, 1 inch thick Salsa, (recipe below)

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cold. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hrs, turning often.
  2. Remove fish from marinade and grill till done, about 4 min per side.
  3. Serve with salsa.
  4. Yield: 6 servings.
