- Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling water till tender but still hard. Drain in a colander; rinse with cool water and drain thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the macaroni with the tomato, onion, green pepper, and olives. Toss Lightly.
- Add in sufficient fat-free mayonnaise to desired moistness. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Refrigeratefor 30 min before serving.
