Receta Low Fat Macaroni Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Macaroni, (8-Oz)
- 1 lrg Tomato -- diced
- 3/4 c. Minced onions
- 3/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 3/4 c. Pimiento-stuffed green Olives -- sliced
- 1 c. Fat-free Mayonnaise Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling water till tender but still hard. Drain in a colander; rinse with cool water and drain thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the macaroni with the tomato, onion, green pepper, and olives. Toss Lightly.
- Add in sufficient fat-free mayonnaise to desired moistness. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Refrigeratefor 30 min before serving.
