Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. oat bran (Mother's)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3/4 c. & 2 T hot water
- 1/4 c. applesauce
Direcciones
- Mix together.
- Mix and add in to dry ingredients. Let stand 15 min. Fill paper liners to top of muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min.
