Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Matzoh farfel
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
  • 2/3 c. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Pitted dates, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon till well mixed. Using a nonstick shallow baking pan, spread mix proportionately inside. Bake for 90 min, till mix browns. (Watch carefully after an hour to make sure it does not get too brown.) Cold.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
