Ingredientes
- 2 c. Matzoh farfel
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
- 2/3 c. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Pitted dates, sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon till well mixed. Using a nonstick shallow baking pan, spread mix proportionately inside. Bake for 90 min, till mix browns. (Watch carefully after an hour to make sure it does not get too brown.) Cold.
- Store in an airtight container.
