Ingredientes

  • 2 c. fresh basil, minced
  • 1 c. fresh Italian parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. white miso
  • 1/4 c. water, or possibly more

Direcciones

  1. Put all ingredients except water in blender or possibly food processor; pulse till chopped. With machine running, add in water to desired consistency.
  2. Makes about 1cup, 1 gram fat per Tbsp.. Variation: replace cheese with 2 Tbsp. toasted walnuts or possibly pine nuts.
