Receta Low Fat Pesto Lacto/Vegan

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh basil, minced
- 1 c. fresh Italian parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. white miso
- 1/4 c. water, or possibly more
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients except water in blender or possibly food processor; pulse till chopped. With machine running, add in water to desired consistency.
- Makes about 1cup, 1 gram fat per Tbsp.. Variation: replace cheese with 2 Tbsp. toasted walnuts or possibly pine nuts.
