- Note 1: 4-to 6-oz package long grain and wild rice mix
- Prepare rice mix as directed; cold to room temperature. Combine rice, chicken, green onions and sliced plums in large mixing bowl. To prepare dressing, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger; pour over rice mix and toss lightly. Refrigeratetill served.
