Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Long-Grain Rice, Note 1
  • 2 c. Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Cubes, Cooked
  • 1/2 c. Sliced Green Onions
  • 4 x Plums, Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd Ginger

Direcciones

  1. Note 1: 4-to 6-oz package long grain and wild rice mix
  2. Prepare rice mix as directed; cold to room temperature. Combine rice, chicken, green onions and sliced plums in large mixing bowl. To prepare dressing, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger; pour over rice mix and toss lightly. Refrigeratetill served.
  3. Makes 6 servings.
