Receta Low Fat Plum Ginger Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Long-Grain Rice, Note 1
- 2 c. Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Cubes, Cooked
- 1/2 c. Sliced Green Onions
- 4 x Plums, Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Ginger
Direcciones
- Note 1: 4-to 6-oz package long grain and wild rice mix
- Prepare rice mix as directed; cold to room temperature. Combine rice, chicken, green onions and sliced plums in large mixing bowl. To prepare dressing, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger; pour over rice mix and toss lightly. Refrigeratetill served.
