Ingredientes

  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. Cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cardamom Grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325*. Beat egg whites and egg in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake uncovered 50-60 min, stirring after 30 min, till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  3. Immediately chill any remaining pudding.
