Receta Low Fat Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Cooked rice
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cardamom Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 325*. Beat egg whites and egg in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake uncovered 50-60 min, stirring after 30 min, till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly cool.
- Immediately chill any remaining pudding.
