Low Fat Turkey Lasagna Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x Onion -- minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves -- chopped
  • 3 x Tomatoes -- peeled and Minced
  • 6 ounce Tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Oregano -- minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil -- minced
  • 1 c. Red wine -- dry Black pepper -- to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in heavy skillet with lid; saute/fry onion and garlic for 4-5 min till limp. Add in turkey and cook, breaking up meat, till no pink color remains.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Add in a small amount of water if sauce appears to be getting too dry.
  3. Let stand 15 min before serving over spaghetti.
