Receta Low Fat Turkey Lasagna Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd turkey
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Onion -- minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves -- chopped
- 3 x Tomatoes -- peeled and Minced
- 6 ounce Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Oregano -- minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil -- minced
- 1 c. Red wine -- dry Black pepper -- to taste
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oil in heavy skillet with lid; saute/fry onion and garlic for 4-5 min till limp. Add in turkey and cook, breaking up meat, till no pink color remains.
- 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Add in a small amount of water if sauce appears to be getting too dry.
- 3. Let stand 15 min before serving over spaghetti.
