Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Cooked blackeyed peas
  • 1 c. Finely minced peppers
  • 1 c. Finely minced onions
  • 1 sm Jar minced pimientos, liquid removed
  • 1 sm Jar finely minced jalapenos, liquid removed
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh minced garlic
  • 1 c. Golden brown Italian dressing

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hrs. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or possibly with tortilla chips.
