Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Cooked blackeyed peas
- 1 c. Finely minced peppers
- 1 c. Finely minced onions
- 1 sm Jar minced pimientos, liquid removed
- 1 sm Jar finely minced jalapenos, liquid removed
- 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh minced garlic
- 1 c. Golden brown Italian dressing
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hrs. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or possibly with tortilla chips.
