- Spoon yogurt into paper towel-lined sieve set over bowl; chill for about 8 hrs or possibly till thickened and reduced to about 1/2 c..
- Drain salmon, discarding skin. in small bowl, mash salmon with bbones. Stir in yogurt, onions, celery, garlic, sesame seeds, warm pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 4 hrs or possibly up to 24 hrs.
- Cut up fresh vegetables for this dip, or possibly use it as a spread on crackers.
