Ingredientes

  • 3 c. bran flakes
  • 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour or possibly white
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded apple
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 2/3 c. orange juice
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated fructose
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 6 egg whites

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Mix all dry ingredients. Add in blueberries and apple.
  2. Put together liquid ingredients. Add in this to dry ingredients - blend well.
  3. Spray tins with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till brown.
  5. Per muffin - Calories 102.2; protein 4.0 g; sodium 75.1 mg; carb. 21. g; cholesterol.1 mg.
