Receta Lowfat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3 c. bran flakes
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour or possibly white
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. shredded apple
- 2 c. blueberries
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. granulated fructose
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 6 egg whites
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Mix all dry ingredients. Add in blueberries and apple.
- 3. Put together liquid ingredients. Add in this to dry ingredients - blend well.
- 4. Spray tins with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
- 5. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till brown.
