Lowfat Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 c. Minced Ham, cooked
  • 1 1/2 ounce Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Fat-free Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters. 99% Egg Substitute, lightly beaten
  • 1 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander, saving 1/2 c. liquid.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in ham and cook 2 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Add in pasta and stir well.
  3. Combine cheese and next 4 ingredients stirring with a whisk. Add in reserved pasta liquid to egg mix, stirring with a whisk. Pour egg mix over pasta mix, stir well.
  4. Cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till sauce thickens, stirring constantly (don't boil) Sprinkle with pepper.
  5. This is very good, just make sure at the last step you are ready to sit down as soon as you take it off the stove.
