Receta Lowfat Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 c. Minced Ham, cooked
- 1 1/2 ounce Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 c. Fat-free Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters. 99% Egg Substitute, lightly beaten
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander, saving 1/2 c. liquid.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in ham and cook 2 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Add in pasta and stir well.
- Combine cheese and next 4 ingredients stirring with a whisk. Add in reserved pasta liquid to egg mix, stirring with a whisk. Pour egg mix over pasta mix, stir well.
- Cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till sauce thickens, stirring constantly (don't boil) Sprinkle with pepper.
- This is very good, just make sure at the last step you are ready to sit down as soon as you take it off the stove.
