Ingredientes

  • 8 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 pc of large onion, chopped
  • 350 grams of ground beef or pork
  • 1 pc of large carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 pouch of Del Monte Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • 24 pcs of round lumpia wrappers
  • 100 grams of cheese, cut into thin strips

Direcciones

  1. Saute garlic, onion, meat and carrot. Cook for 10 minutes then add the Del Monte Spaghetti sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of mixture on each lumpia wrapper then top with cheese strips. Roll and seal edgegs with water.
  4. Fry until golden brown. Cut into desired length with clean scissors. Serve with catsup.
