Receta Lumpia Italiana
Ingredientes
- 8 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 pc of large onion, chopped
- 350 grams of ground beef or pork
- 1 pc of large carrot, coarsely grated
- 1 pouch of Del Monte Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 24 pcs of round lumpia wrappers
- 100 grams of cheese, cut into thin strips
Direcciones
- Saute garlic, onion, meat and carrot. Cook for 10 minutes then add the Del Monte Spaghetti sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp of mixture on each lumpia wrapper then top with cheese strips. Roll and seal edgegs with water.
- Fry until golden brown. Cut into desired length with clean scissors. Serve with catsup.
