Ingredientes

  • Any crepe recipe or possibly:
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
  • Dash lemon rind
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Make a clear very fine puree of spinach, add in about 5 Tbsp. spinach puree to the crepe batter, cook crepes. Lay on each crepe a very fine slice of ham, a sliver of fine gruyere cheese, roll and arrange the crepes in a buttered dish. Sprinkle with butter (butter) and grated cheese. The crepe batter can be also made with 1 whole egg and skim lowfat milk.
