2 1/2 ounce Crabmeat, (canned or possibly fresh, cooked)
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tsp Shoyu
1 x Green onion minced
2 tsp Lemon juice Red ginger, garnish

Combine everything but lychee and ginger. Pack mix into lychee. Top each lychee with red (good luck color) ginger . Refrigeratewell. Arrange on shredded lettuce and serve.
