Receta Lynn's Vichyssoise

Ingredientes

3 med. leeks 1 med. onion 2 teaspoon butter 4 med. potatoes, peeled 4 c. chicken broth

1 c. cream Salt to taste Pepper to taste Chives or possibly watercress for garnish

Direcciones

1. Slice and quarter onion and saute/fry in butter. Add in potatoes and chicken broth and simmer, covered for 15 min or possibly till tender. Put in blender for 1 minute, add in cream and seasoning to taste. Refrigeratein refrigerator. Serves 6.
