Ingredientes

  • 3 med. leeks
  • 1 med. onion
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 4 med. potatoes, peeled
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chives or possibly watercress for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Slice and quarter onion and saute/fry in butter. Add in potatoes and chicken broth and simmer, covered for 15 min or possibly till tender. Put in blender for 1 minute, add in cream and seasoning to taste. Refrigeratein refrigerator. Serves 6.
