Ingredientes

  • 1 lb. of your favorite macaroni
  • For the Food Processor:
  • Healthy handful of fresh basil
  • Healthy handful of fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 vine ripe tomatoes
  • 16 oz. of cottage cheese
  • Cheese Sauce:
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan
  • 8 oz. of Monterey Jack – grated
  • 1 cup of milk

Direcciones

  1. Topping:
  2. 1 cup of Italian style croutons – processed
  3. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  4. Prepare the macaroni as directed and set aside.
  5. Prepare a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil or buttered.
  6. Combine all of the ingredients for the food processor and give a few good chops.
  7. Place in the baking dish and add the milk, Parmesan cheese and grated Monterey Jack cheese and stir. Add the macaroni and toss.
  8. Top with the croutons and place in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
