Receta Mac and Cheese – Italian Style
This is a nice side dish.

Ingredientes
- 1 lb. of your favorite macaroni
- For the Food Processor:
- Healthy handful of fresh basil
- Healthy handful of fresh parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sun dried tomatoes
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes
- 16 oz. of cottage cheese
- Cheese Sauce:
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan
- 8 oz. of Monterey Jack â grated
- 1 cup of milk
Direcciones
- Topping:
- 1 cup of Italian style croutons â processed
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Prepare the macaroni as directed and set aside.
- Prepare a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil or buttered.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the food processor and give a few good chops.
- Place in the baking dish and add the milk, Parmesan cheese and grated Monterey Jack cheese and stir. Add the macaroni and toss.
- Top with the croutons and place in the oven for 25 â 30 minutes.
