Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 6 x skinned boned chicken breast halves Mustard Sauce (see recipe)
  • 3 Tbsp. macadamia nuts minced Mango Salsa (see recipe)

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or possibly heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in chicken. Cover or possibly seal, and refrigerate1 hour, turning once.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 6 min on each side or possibly till done. Drizzle with Mustard Sauce; sprinkle proportionately with nuts. Serve with Mango Salsa.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
