Receta Macadamia Mango Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 6 x skinned boned chicken breast halves Mustard Sauce (see recipe)
- 3 Tbsp. macadamia nuts minced Mango Salsa (see recipe)
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or possibly heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in chicken. Cover or possibly seal, and refrigerate1 hour, turning once.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 6 min on each side or possibly till done. Drizzle with Mustard Sauce; sprinkle proportionately with nuts. Serve with Mango Salsa.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
