Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 ounce White chocolate, cut into 1/4" chunks
  • 1 1/2 c. Chipped macadamia Nuts

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 300 .
  2. Beat butter til creamy, gradually add in sugars. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time, add in vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and mix well. Add in white chocolate and nuts. Stir till well combines.
  3. Drop by teaspoonful on to cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 20-25 min or possibly till light brown on edges.
  4. Can bake at 350 for 10 min and they come out real crisp.
