Receta Macadamia Nut And White Chocolate

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 c. Light brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 12 ounce White chocolate, cut into 1/4" chunks
- 1 1/2 c. Chipped macadamia Nuts

- Preheat oven at 300 .
- Beat butter til creamy, gradually add in sugars. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time, add in vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and mix well. Add in white chocolate and nuts. Stir till well combines.
- Drop by teaspoonful on to cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 20-25 min or possibly till light brown on edges.
- Can bake at 350 for 10 min and they come out real crisp.
