Macadamia Nut And White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 3 1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 12 ounce White Chocolate -- coarsely Ch
  • 6 ounce Macadamia Nuts -- coarsely

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg. Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Thoroughly combine flour; soda, and salt.
  2. Stir the flour mix till well blended. Add in a little more flour if necessary to make a slightly stiff dough.
  3. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop dough by heaping tsp. 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each cookie slightly. Bake 13-15 min. Cold cookies a few min on baking sheet before transferring to rack to cold completely.
