Receta Macadamia Nut And White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 3 1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 12 ounce White Chocolate -- coarsely Ch
- 6 ounce Macadamia Nuts -- coarsely
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 deg. Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Thoroughly combine flour; soda, and salt.
- Stir the flour mix till well blended. Add in a little more flour if necessary to make a slightly stiff dough.
- Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop dough by heaping tsp. 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each cookie slightly. Bake 13-15 min. Cold cookies a few min on baking sheet before transferring to rack to cold completely.
