Ingredientes

  • 35 lbs macaroni
  • 16 pkgs cheese sauce mix
  • 8 gals water
  • 3 gals milk
  • 60 eggs
  • 30 lbs sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • 20 lbs sharp cheddar, shredded, for topping

Direcciones

  1. Boil macaroni 10-12 minutes and cool under cold water. Do not overcook.
  2. Combine cheese sauce mix, water, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and heat to a low simmer (not quite a boil). Add the eggs.
  3. Mix 30 lbs of cheese with macaroni.
  4. Pour milk mixture into macaroni and cheese.
  5. Place in pans. Sprinkle cheese topping on top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
