Receta Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredientes
- 35 lbs macaroni
- 16 pkgs cheese sauce mix
- 8 gals water
- 3 gals milk
- 60 eggs
- 30 lbs sharp cheddar cheese
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 20 lbs sharp cheddar, shredded, for topping
Direcciones
- Boil macaroni 10-12 minutes and cool under cold water. Do not overcook.
- Combine cheese sauce mix, water, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and heat to a low simmer (not quite a boil). Add the eggs.
- Mix 30 lbs of cheese with macaroni.
- Pour milk mixture into macaroni and cheese.
- Place in pans. Sprinkle cheese topping on top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
