Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 12 ounce Process Cheddar cheese spread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
  • 6 slc Bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 12 ounce Tricolor pasta (rotelle or possibly spiral shaped), cooked & kept hot
  • 1 can French fried onion rings, (2.8 oz)

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat lowfat milk, cheese and mustard till cheese melts and mix is smooth. Stir in green onions, bacon and pepper; remove from heat. In large bowl, combine warm pasta and cheese mix, tossing till well coated; spoon into greased 2 qt casserole. Cover; bake at 350F for 15-20 min. Uncover and stir; top with onion rings.
  2. Bake, uncovered, for 5 min more. Let stand 10 min before serving.
  3. Garnish as desired.
