Receta Macaroni And Cheese Dijon

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 12 ounce Process Cheddar cheese spread, cubed
- 1/2 c. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
- 6 slc Bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 12 ounce Tricolor pasta (rotelle or possibly spiral shaped), cooked & kept hot
- 1 can French fried onion rings, (2.8 oz)

- In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat lowfat milk, cheese and mustard till cheese melts and mix is smooth. Stir in green onions, bacon and pepper; remove from heat. In large bowl, combine warm pasta and cheese mix, tossing till well coated; spoon into greased 2 qt casserole. Cover; bake at 350F for 15-20 min. Uncover and stir; top with onion rings.
- Bake, uncovered, for 5 min more. Let stand 10 min before serving.
- Garnish as desired.
