Receta Macaroni Shrimp Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shell macaroni
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced pimento
- 3/4 pound cleaned, cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cool water. Combine cool macaroni with celery, green pepper, pimento, and shrimp. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, lowfat sour cream, salt, and pepper. Add in to macaroni mix, mixing well. Refrigerateseveral hrs just before serving. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
