  • 1 Tbsp. Cardamom seeds,whole not pods
  • 1 x Cinnamon stick,2 inch
  • 1 tsp Black cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Cloves, whole
  • 1 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 1/4 x Nutmeg,average size
