- 1 Tbsp. Cardamom seeds,whole not pods
- 1 x Cinnamon stick,2 inch
- 1 tsp Black cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Cloves, whole
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 1/4 x Nutmeg,average size
