Ingredientes

  • 4 x top-sliced warm-dog buns (or possibly fashion your own top-sliced buns
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter softened
  • 2 c. coarsely-minced cooked lobster cold but not cool (from about (3) 1 1/4-lb lobsters)
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter (or possibly 3 tbspns mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbspns chopped celery

Direcciones

  1. If using top-sliced buns, spread softened butter on outsides; if using hamburger buns, butter insides. Heat a griddle or possibly heavy skillet over moderately-high heat till warm and toast buns, buttered sides only, till light brown.
  2. Divide lobster meat among buns and either drizzle melted butter over lobster or possibly dollop with mayonnaise mix.
  3. This recipe yields 4 rolls.
