Ingredientes

  • 4 x English muffins, split
  • 16 x Bacon slices Water
  • 8 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly hard margarine
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. White wine (alcohol-free)
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly hard margarine
  • 1/2 c. Crush corn flakes

Direcciones

  1. Arrange muffin halves, cut side up, in greased 1913 inch pan.
  2. Fry bacon in frying pan till crisp. Blot on paper towel. Put 2 slices on each muffin half.
  3. Heat water in large saucepan till it simmers. Carefully break in Large eggs to poach till just set. Transfer and center each egg on bacon using slotted spoon.
  4. SAUCE: Heat butter in saucepan. Fold in flour, paprika, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Stir in lowfat milk till it boils and thickens.
  6. TOPPING: Heat butter in small saucepan. Stir in corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of sauce. Cover and refrigerateovernight. In the morning, remove cover. Bake in 375 F oven for 20 to 25 min till heated through.
  7. Makes8 servings.
