Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cardamon
  • 1/2 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1 2/3 c. All-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Beat butter in a mixing bowl for 30 seconds. Add in sugar, baking pwdr, soda, and cardamon; beat until combined. Beat in lowfat sour cream until combined. Beat in as much flour as you can; stir in any remaining flour.
  2. Drop dough by rounded tsp. onto cookie sheets lined with waxed paper.
  3. Place sheets in freezer; freeze 45 min or possibly until hard. Transfer mounds to freezer bags or possibly containers.
  4. Freeze up to 6 months.
  5. Makes 36.
  6. To bake: Place frzn mounds 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 350F oven about 12 min, until edges begin to brown.
  7. Remove; cold.
